Charity Concert Interest Form

UPDATE (6/20/2019): Due to low interest because of the summer travel season, we have decided to postpone the concert until late fall. The date for the concert is now October 8, 2019. We will be making announcements soon for the date of tryouts.

Participants will be required to provide their own tracks or accompaniment for the number they wish to perform.

There is a small administration fee of $10. Once you complete the form – you will be directed to PayPal to complete the transaction there. If you do not complete the PayPal transaction, your entry will be deleted after 2 hours.
